Orca Pure Flow
Certified to remove lead. Not just the taste of it.
Most filter bottles are certified for taste. Orca Pure Flow is certified to NSF 42 to reduce chlorine and can also remove heavy metals like lead and arsenic, the contaminants you can’t taste and should not think about.

CERTIFICATIONS AND TESTING
Never wonder about the water again
At a water fountain or tap, you may hesitate to drink.
We created Orca Pure Flow for that moment.
Most filtered bottles are designed to fix a flavor. They soften the chlorine, and that’s genuinely where their certification ends which is why so many of them say not a water purifier in small type on the box. Orca Pure Flow was engineered and certified to a different standard: five stages of filtration, independently certified to NSF 42. It is also certified to NSF 58, which means it is a certified reverse osmosis water
It’s user-friendly, leak-proof, easy to clean, and one filter lasts about 100 gallons, or five to six months.
Enjoy better water without worry.

Why People Choose Orca Pure Flow

Lead and arsenic out
The health-effects standard, not the taste standard. Lead and arsenic have no flavor, no smell, and no warning, which is exactly why this matters.

Five stages working in a single sip
Ceramic, NMC media, cotton fiber, carbon fiber, and PP cotton fiber capture unique contaminants. This results in a wider range of contaminants addressed than single-carbon designs, allowing normal drinking flow.

Genuinely leakproof, including at altitude.
Sealed to hold on its side, upside down, in a tote, and through the pressure changes that make other bottles spit water at you the moment you open the cap. Tested where the failures actually happen.

Twists apart. Washes clean. Every part reachable.
Four pieces, no tools, no blind channels or captive gaskets where film and odor build up. If you’ve ever thrown out a bottle because you couldn’t get inside the mouthpiece, this is the design answer to that.
The Five Stages
Ceramic
The first line. Captures sediment, particulates, and the fine grit that clouds tap water and clogs lesser filters early.
NMC Media
Nano-metal composite media, treated to inhibit bacterial growth and biofilm formation within the filter itself. A cleaner filter is a longer-lasting filter that is a meaningful part of why OrcaPure Flow reaches 5–6 months.
Cotton Fiber
A depth layer that traps finer suspended solids the ceramic stage passes, protecting the carbon downstream.

Carbon Fiber
The taste and chemistry stage. Adsorbs chlorine, organic compounds, and the flat, chemical note that makes municipal water unpleasant to drink.
PP Cotton Fiber.
The final polish. Catches loose media and fine particulates so nothing gritty reaches your mouth — no black carbon specks around the spout.

What Customers Are Saying
Finally drank the hotel water
Six nights in Phoenix and I didn’t buy a single bottle of water, which has never once been true for me. The tap there has a taste I can’t get past and this just took it out completely. It’s the first travel thing I’ve bought that I actually kept using after the trip ended.
It doesn’t spit at me
My last filter bottle would build up pressure and soak me the second I opened it on a plane. This one has gone in a full tote bag on its side for three months and there has not been one drop. That alone was worth it.
The cleaning thing is the real story
I have thrown away two bottles because I could not get inside the mouthpiece and it started to smell. This one comes apart into four pieces in about five seconds and every single surface is reachable. I wash it Sunday nights and it still smells like nothing.
Month five and still going
Bought it partly because I was tired of replacing filters every eight weeks. I’m at about five months on the first filter and the taste has only just started to shift, so the numbers seem honest. Four stars only because I’d love a slightly bigger size for long days.
You can actually drink from it
I want to be specific about this because it’s why I bought it: you do not have to fight the straw. My old one felt like drinking a milkshake and I stopped using it. This is close to a normal sip and that’s the entire difference between a bottle you use and one in a cabinet.
Bought a second one for my daughter
She’s away at school on old building plumbing and I wanted her to have something certified rather than something that just makes water taste better. The lead certification is the reason I chose this over the two cheaper ones I was comparing.
Replacement parts sold separately — thank you
Small thing that mattered enormously to me. I cracked the lid on a previous bottle and had to buy the whole thing again. Being able to order just the lid is the reason I trust this brand.

99-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
Drink from it for 99 - days.
Take it to work, on a plane, to the gym, through a full week of travel. Put it in a bag on its side. Take it apart and clean it. If it doesn’t earn its place in your day, tell us and we’ll refund you in full bottle used, filter used, no return shipping to arrange and no questions that feel like a test.
We’re confident because the things people return these bottles for are the exact things we engineered out.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does Orca Pure Flow actually remove?
Five stages of filtration handle chlorine, taste and odor, sediment and particulates, organic compounds, and heavy metals including lead and arsenic. The chlorine, taste and odor reduction is NSF/ANSI 42 certified — independently verified against the standard, not a claim we made about ourselves. Most filter bottles stop at improving flavor. This one is built to address the contaminants you can't taste.
Can I use it with water from a river, lake, or stream?
No — and we'd rather say so plainly than sell you the wrong thing. Orca Pure Flow is built for treated water: municipal tap, well water on a treated supply, hotel and travel taps in developed water systems. It is not designed for untreated wilderness water, virus removal, or water under a boil advisory. If you're heading somewhere the water is genuinely unsafe, you need a purifier, not a filter bottle.
How long does one filter last, and how will I know when to replace it?
About 100 gallons, which works out to roughly five to six months of daily use. Most bottles in this category need a new filter every eight weeks, so you're replacing it two to three times a year instead of six. You'll notice taste beginning to shift as it approaches the end of its life — and we'll remind you before it matters.
How do I clean it?
Twist it apart into four pieces in about five seconds. Every surface is reachable — no blind channels, no captive gaskets, nowhere for film or odor to build up where a brush can't go. Rinse the pieces and reassemble. One important note: rinse the filter media under cool running water only. Never soap, never the dishwasher.
Will it leak in my bag or on a plane?
No. It's sealed to hold on its side, upside down, and through the cabin pressure changes that make other bottles spray you the moment you crack the cap. This was tested specifically where these bottles usually fail — in a tote, on its side, at altitude.
